The 2025 Ford Maverick is ready for your daily commute, weekend chores, and big outdoor adventures. Check out our highlights below to learn more about its versatile capabilities.

1. The Remarkable Ground Clearance

The Maverick easily clears speed bumps and uneven terrain with its 8.1 inches of minimum running ground clearance. This impressive clearance comes standard with the hybrid powertrain. Mavericks equipped with the 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine get a slight boost up. These variants have a minimum running ground clearance of 8.3 inches.

2. The Flexible Pickup Bed

Ford’s FLEXBED segmented storage system makes it easy to organize and secure a variety of gear in the Maverick’s bed. Specially designed slots along the bed walls perfectly fit 2×4 or 2×6 boards. This makes it easy to create custom-fit spaces for your gardening gear, groceries, or both.

With the space cleared out, you’ll have a 4.5-foot-long bed with six standard tie downs for securing larger cargo. These tie downs double as bottle top openers. For even more utility, Ford offers accessories like bed extenders and tonneau covers.

3. The Styling Options

The entry-level Maverick comes with cloth seats and an interior with Black Onyx and Medium Dark Slate coloring. Among the five trims, you’ll find a wide variety of modern looks. ActiveX trimmed surfaces can be had in Smoked Truffle or the Tremor’s Black Onyx with Grabber Blue and Electric Lime Stitching. Alternatively, there are cloth seats that come in a Navy Pier, complemented by Aspen Gray interior accents.

4. The Modern Infotainment

Staying connected is effortless with the 13.2-inch touchscreen on the Maverick’s dash. This crisp display is equipped with Ford’s latest SYNC 4 infotainment system. The user-friendly screen has swipe capability.

Bluetooth allows two devices to wirelessly connect to the system at a time. This provides passengers with a seamless way to stream their own music over the six-speaker sound system. Alternatively, there is an AM/FM stereo.

5. The Peppy Hybrid Powertrain

The Maverick’s 2.5-liter hybrid powertrain has a continuously variable transmission and gas-sipping front-wheel drive. Traction-enhancing all-wheel drive is available. With the all-wheel drive system, the hybrid pickup averages 40 miles per gallon on city streets.

Checking the Maverick out in person is the best way to discover which of its five well-packaged trims is right for you. Contact Joe Mahan Ford Inc in Paris, TN to schedule a test drive.
